Responsibilities:

• Responsible for staff scheduling, leave administration and all rounded administrative support in Audit Department
• Monitor staff utilization, headcount movement, bookings and timesheet submission
• Facilitate in performance management and appraisal exercise in Audit Department
• Liaise with vendor and act as the central point of contact with other departments including IT, HR, Training, Accounting & Marketing   
• Assist in organizing staff activities and firm event
• Ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Communication related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ office administrative, team support or secretarial experience in professional firm are preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
