Roles & Responsibilities 

• Report to Finance Director
• Manage and lead an accounting team for daily accounting operation
• Responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, tax planning, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis for management review.
• Implement and enforce internal control procedures and work closely with other departments to enhance operation efficiency
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, legal advisors and tax representatives to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Coordinate with regional office for internal audit and review
• Perform ad hoc assignments if required

 Requirements 

• University Graduate, major in Accounting / Finance with a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years solid experience, preferably in a sizable multinational company and with audit experience
• Proven track record of work experience in improving effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Being mature with strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid leadership experience and Commercial minded
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Finance Manager
