Job Description
Job Scope:
- To assist the completion of invoice processing
- To assist with the billing information preparation and to process the credit card transactions
- To ensure an effective and up to date filing system is being maintained
- To provide accurate and timely information to support the payment function
- To be flexible and provide assistance to the pricing and admin team during ad hoc project or whenever necessary
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in accounting, pricing/cost or relevant field is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Office
- Good command in English and Cantonese
- Proactive with good attention to detail
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
