Job Description
Duties:-
- Daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry
- Maintain daily cash book
- Maintain AP & AR record timely
- Knowledge on composing trial balance is a plus
- Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions
- Ensure account record managed with accuracy and punctuality
- Tackle ad hoc assignments
Profile:
- LCCI Intermediate Level or above plus min 3 years solid experience
- Candidate with higher academic background and stronger experience may consider for senior post
- Excellent PC skills including MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word processing
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented, well organized and self-motivated
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
