Job Description
Our clients both are a sizable listed company with good benefits are urgently looking for the following positions :
Position : Accounting Officer / Accounting Assistant / Accounts Clerk - 3 post
Salary : 12-15k/Negotiable (Deps on experience)
Remarks : Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Annual Leave, Medical & Life Insurance
Working locations : Wanchai, Kwun Tong, Lai Chi Kok
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related discipline, Degree holder is preferable
- At least 1-2 yrs accounting experience in AP or AR
- Gained experience in sizable companies is an advantage
- Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of spoken & written in English & Mandarin
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Immediate Available is an advantage
- Less experience or Fresh Degree holder with outstanding qualification will also be considered
Responsibilities:
- Under Finance & Accounting department
- Provide Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Prepare vouchers, data input & bank reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing & assist in preparation of accounting analyses and reports
- Maintain proper records on accounting system
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
