Job Description

Requirements:

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to management;
  • Keep track of the progress of projects in different business units;
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and needed;
  • Follow up a variety of assigned job tasks in a comprehensive and reliable manner;
  • Co-ordinate and handle ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

 

Qualifications:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Form 5 graduate or HKDSE, or above;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, tactful and mature;
  • Well-organized, details-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Strong analytical skills, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes;
  • Immediate availability preferred.
