The main job duties as below:

• Report to the Managing Director
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting and management reporting
• Oversee the operation of accounting function, deal with external auditors, lawyers and bankers.
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Verify and process payments and expenses disbursements
• Maintain accounting records and ledgers in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• At least 5 years relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting in construction field
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Book and/or MYOB;
• Strong in PC skills in Excel, MS Office and Chinese word processing;
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Well organized, detail-oriented, self initiative, accurate and able to work independently;
• Good spoken and written command in English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
