3 Years Wealth Management Trainee Programme

With continuous great success in Singapore, we are extensively expanding our coverage in
Southeast Asia, especially Hong Kong. In order to nourish young professionals in the IFA
industry, IPP has been seeking potential graduates in prestigious institutions and going to
launch this program to cope with the rapid business growth. 

Program Details:
Our management Trainee Program is tailor-made for Fresh Graduates and aims at training
you become Young Professional. Selected candidates can choose their preferred stream(s)
and will be trained and rotated in various areas including, not limited to Account Executive,
Business Development, Customer Relationship, Direct Sales & Marketing, Operations
Administration and Product Analysis. 

Requirements:

• University Graduate / Post-Graduate in any disciplines
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm to drive project result to client satisfaction
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, able to multi-tasks, organizes and prioritizes work  
• Relevant working / internship experience in Finance or Servicing industries are desirable
• Fluent in Mandarin and capable of understanding some Cantonese
• PRC and Graduates from Oversea Universities are also welcomed
• No work experience needed

We offer:

• Competitive remuneration package including attractive base salary (with high commission), quarterly incentive trip, and year-end bonus will be offered to the right candidate.
•  An expected income of HKD 553,500 per annul without any limitations to go beyond and different sponsorships (such as computer upgrades and examination fees).
