Work in Tsuen Wan Office

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and perform daily accounting operation for all accounts payable and receivables, bank transfers, cheques and petty cash transactions
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, data entry & filing
• Prepare Payroll & MPF contribution calculation and payment
• Perform month end closing and prepare monthly reporting package & budgeting
• Liaise with auditors and tax company for the Company’s profit tax return
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Diploma with LCCI Level 2 or above
  Fresh Graduate are welcome
  
• 1-2 years’ working experience in Accounting & Administration field is preferrable
  
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiar with accounting software systems
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well organized, self-motivated, independent, and responsible
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
