Responsibilities:

• Perform financial reporting and analysis for reviewing financial performance of the group and subsidiaries
• Participate in group‘s consolidation work
• Monitor the accounting functions of assigned subsidiaries
• Liaise with external auditors
• Assess internal control environment and recommend the improvement plan
• Occasional travel to mainland China is required
• Ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Qualified Accountant, member of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience accounting / finance function in listed companies or audit experience in sizable accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation in Hong Kong
• Presentable, good analytical mind and mature
