Our client is one of the biggest names in FMCG globally and is instantly recognisable brand that has an indelible imprint over the last century. Due to an increase in their operations around the APAC region an exciting role for a Senior Regional Financial analyst has developed on their regional business finance team.

The Role

• Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis Asia, essentially this position will manage analysis on key metrics of business performance such as KPIs, SG&A, inventory, working capital, capital expenditure and cash flow etc. regionally for the group.
• Regularly and Timely planning workflows and assignments for busness unit pnl preparation 
• Completeing all assignments of budgeting and forecasting for Asia region, ad hoc projects / assignments, as well as provide support and liaise with other offices in the region for all financial matters
• Mastering  Quarterly/Monthly Business Reports while liaison with finance planning team and other functions
• Other ad hoc reports and forecasts for an array of regional business units

The Candidate

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related business disciplines
• Qualified member of recognized professional accounting body
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in management reporting / financial analysis, preferably in retail or FMCG industry
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Strong PC skills especially in MS Excel - FINANCIAL MODELING experience is a definite advantage
• Strong analytical excel and skills
• Able to work in a fast pace multicultural environment and dealing with multiple cultures and time zones.
• An ability to present to senior management and to be questioned on findings and recommendations.
