Requirements:

• Degree or above in corporate governance or related disciplines;
• 3-5 years’ working experience in company secretarial field;
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility;
• A team player with good communication, inter-personal and good client servicing skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Office;
• Immediately available is preferred

Responsibilities: 

• Perform full spectrum of company secretarial matters for group subsidiaries incorporated in HK and offshore jurisdictions;
• Assist in ensuring compliance matters for HK and offshore companies;
• Keep abreast of the latest Companies Ordinance;
• Prepare annual / interim reports and circulars;
• Maintain and update company secretary records, registers and statutory filings;
• Knowledge and experience in liquidation;
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director
