Responsibilities

• Handle full set of account including the preparation of vouchers, data entry, accounting schedules, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and various account reports
• Monitor daily cash flows and day-end closing
•  
• Assist in weekly report, month-end and year-end closing, annual audit and financial statements
• Analyse data and cost elements and other ad hoc assignments
• Assist the external auditor on annual audit & taxation matters

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI III Level)
• Minimum of 2 relevant experiences in accounting, preferably in F&B industry
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind, able to work independently, under pressure and well organized
• Proficiency in MS Words and Excel, experience in Peachtree accounting software a plus
• Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
