Responsibilities

• Mainly handle accounts payable functions.
• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and procedures.
• Preform documents checking, vendor invoices recording, payments, bank reconciliation & filing documents.
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconcile monthly balances.
• Assist to prepare schedules and reports for monthly closing and management reporting.
• Prepare Internal and external auditing schedules.
• Assist to prepare forecast/budget.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in MS office applications, i.e. Excel, Word & Access
• Responsible, good communication skill, well organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferred.
