Responsibilities

• Handle daily record of Accounts Payable transactions;
• Reconcile vendor's statement and liaise with vendor if there is any discrepancy
• Prepare journal voucher, cheque and data entry
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Support month end closing, review existing system records and reconcile accounts;
• Assist in monthly reporting, account and variance analysis;
• Assist in Account Receivable and other treasury duties as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines;
• With 3- 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable;
• Work independently, strong numerical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
• Efficient, well-organized and positive work attitude;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Hand-on experience with SAP is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
