The Job

• Prepare investment journal entries and investment system entries for investment transactions
• Liaise with counterparties on collateral management and its related settlement process as well as system recording
• Prepare weekly cashflow projections, month-end closing and schedules for statutory audit
• Provide investment data / performance information as assigned
• Perform bank / custodian reconciliation
• Prepare regulatory reporting as assigned
• Assist in fund transfers
• Ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned by manager

The Person

• Degree holder in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• ACCA/HKICPA member
• Knowledge of investment accounting is an advantage
• Well-organized and systematic
• Detail-minded and willing to work overtime
• Strong accounting knowledge with good communication skills with peers and outside parties   
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications especially Excel
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Experience in using SUN account system is preferable
