As part of the F&A team, you will be responsible for:

• Chasing overdue invoices within agreed timescales;
• Closely liaising between the customer and the sales team to ensure all relevant debts are managed smoothly;
• Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activities;
• Assisting supervisor in performing E-invoicing;
• Handling any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time;
• Providing administrative support

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with basic accounting knowledge an advantage;
• At least 1 year working experience;
• The ability to work in a team and individually;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word;
• Good command of both Chinese and English;
• Efficient, responsible, well organized and self-motivated;
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
