KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsilbe for day-to-day account payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, accounts payable journals, claims summary and month end report.
• Handle payment related to claims collection.
• Follow up with customer enquires and to communicate with other departments on a regular basis.
• Liase with internal counterparts on claims collection / shipping documents / related issues.
• Provide administrative suport to the department.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as when required.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experiences in accounting.
• Positive attitude, outgoing and a team player.
• Detail-oriented, patient and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
• Good in MS office such as Outlook, Word and Excel (including pivot table).
• Immediately available is preferred.

** Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered as Accounting Assistant.**
