Responsibilities:

• Assist the Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial activities in Hong Kong and China entities of the Group and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly, interim and annual group financial reporting packages to Hong Kong Head Office
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and procedures
• Monitor and enhance accounting operations and reports submitted by local offices
• Prepare budget and forecasts for the Group entities
• Manage Hong Kong and China accounting team
• ERP implementation and integration
• Review Hong Kong and PRC tax report and filing, and assist in tax planning
• Monitor the ComSec duties
• Support in ad hoc assignments and tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting & Finance with internationally recognized accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in listed / sizable organizations and working experience in the Mainland is essential
• Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS, HKFRS, taxation and accounting rules and regulations in Hong Kong and China
• Familiar with HK ComSec guidelines and offshore will be an advantage
• Co-ordinate with the Group external auditors to complete the interim and annual audit
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred)
• Require frequent travel to Shenzhen office
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance/Accounting Manager 
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with strong financial judgment
• Mature, self-motivated and proactive with the passion to provide target deliverables under tight schedule and pressure
