Responsibilities:

• Report to Accounting Manager
• Prepare General Ledger journal activities and documentations
• Handle full set of accounts and month end activities
• Perform bank accounts and other balance sheet items reconciliations
• Perform payroll, staff allowances, expenses as required
• Perform cashflow management
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors

Requirements:

• 3 years or above in full set accounting or audit experience
  
• Willing to work under pressure and work overtime (if necessary)
  
• Good PC knowledge in Excel, Word, Chinese Word and ERP system 
  
• Immediate availability or short notice would be highly preferred
