• Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance
• Full-time, permanent position
• 1 to 4 years’ relevant work experience required, preferably with hands-on experience in handling IPO sponsor work

Salary and Benefits

• Starting monthly salary of HK$28,000 or more, depending on experience, qualification and competence

Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in the execution of IPO and other corporate finance projects in areas such as:

• drafting of opinion and advisory letters;
• preparation of listing documents and other listing application materials;
• planning and execution of due diligence exercises;
• general research and financial analyses;
• coordination of the work of junior colleagues and other professional parties including accountants, legal advisers, valuers, industry consultants, internal control consultants, etc.; and
• liaison with regulators such as the Stock Exchange.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in accounting, finance or business-related disciplines
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complicated ideas clearly and concisely in writing
• Willing to travel
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Attentive to details
• Able to read and understand simple financial statements
• Able to think logically and critically with clear, consistent and careful reasoning and judgment
