Responsible for:

-          preforming daily accounting transaction recording;

-          assisting in preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports for management’s reviews;

-          preparing management reports accurately and on a regular basic;

-          providing administrative and clerical support to the team;

-          handling ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

-          Diploma or above;

-          1 year of relevant experiences;

-          Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-          Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-mind, organized and self-motivated;        

-          Proficiency in PC skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word;

-          Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk;

-          Knowledge of Peachtree is an advantage;

-          Immediately available is highly preferred.

-          Fresh graduate will also be considered
