Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for banking-related matters. Reconcile cash positions, payables and receivables, calculate and process fees and other payments to suppliers
• Manage corporate finance engagements including loan application, extension and foreign currency exchange, after reviewing the completeness of daily payment requisitions
• Monitor and assess the appropriateness of cash flow forecast and generate weekly cash forecast and budget reports to the head office
• Provide products improvement and development proposals, and actively explore new financial products and market

• Preparation and processing of Import/Export/Standby Letter of Credit
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation to support monthly account closing process and year-end audit

• Liaise with banks regarding the trade finance facility
• Review cost of funds, market interest rates, exchange rates and providing analytical support to management on cash management

• Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or similar academic discipline
• 3 years’ solid experience of relevant accounting/finance work, experience in PRC-based companies or in banks and financial institutions will be highly regarded. 
• Good self-discipline and willing to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Good team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office is a MUST.
