Responsibilities

• Review the monthly financial statements of sub-group and verify the vouchers of groups and non-group companies;
• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate;
• Maintenance the full books of accounts for the funds including trade capture, reconciliations, fee calculations;
• Responsible for cash management, monitoring cash transfers for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds;
• Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes; review draft audit accounts and resolve audit issues;
• processing of financial data in  accordance with internal procedures;
• Perform Ad hoc projects or duties.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with membership of HKICPA or ACCA prefer;
• Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience in which at least 2 years in supervisory level;
• Good Knowledge in HK Tax and Accounting practices;
• Self-motivated; independent; responsible; diligent; able to meet required deadline and work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
