Job duties:

• Manage trade account receivable and ensure settlement within a timely manner
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecast on collection and monthly AR aging reports
• Responsible for customer monthly statement of accounts, chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter with agreed timesacales
• Perform day-to-day activities for all account receivable issues to ensure smooth operation
• Work closely with sales departments on disputes billings and outstanding account
• Maintain update customer credit list, ensure each customer’s approved credit period and limit are meet
• Involve in month end closing entries for account receivable
• Perform ad hoc assignment as assigned

 Job requirements:

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience
• LCC Higher / Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline or equivalent
• Strong communication skill and good command of English and Mandarin
• Hand-on experience in Excel function and pivot table
• Efficient, self-motivated and detail-minded with high efficiency, accuracy and high sense of responsibility
