Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Handle account payable reconciliation and relevant reports independently.
- Monitor invoice issuing
- Monitor daily cash collection report
- Prepare monthly reports and schedule timely
- Assist in month-end closing
- Handle ad hoc project
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with LCC Intermediate Level or above.
- One year accounting experience.
- Proficient with MS Excel knowledge and experience in FLEX system preferable.
- Strong PC skill and Chinese typing (倉頡/ 速成).
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Good communication, independent and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
