Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise business unit accounting for daily and month end accounting operations
- Handle full set of accounts, preparing monthly financial and management reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial performances between actual and budget
- Prepare regular accounting reports and analysis for management review
- Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecast
- Liaise with business teams, provide regular / ad hoc analysis for decision making and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
- Assist in refining and improving the business processes
- Assist in the development, enhancement and implementation of reporting systems
- Handle other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance with a recognized professional accounting qualification is preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ working experiences in multinational companies
- Experience in Flex Financial System and knowledge in SAP System would be an advantage
- High level of analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure and with a proactive manner
- Good time management and detail minded
- Good command in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with more accounting exposure will be considered as Senior Accountant
