Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team and responsible for overall treasury functions in Hong Kong;
• Direct and co-ordinate with treasury teams of group companies in other regions for treasury activities;
• Ensure compliance of external regulations, loan covenants / undertakings and group treasury policy;
• Participate in negotiations for banking facilities, security services, credit card acceptance, etc.;
• Review treasury-related documents such as facilities letters, loan documents, etc.;
• Prepare / review various treasury forecast and analysis reports, treasury-related accounting journals, etc.;
• Maintain good relationship with bankers and external parties; and
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as required (not limited to treasury-related).

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years' solid work experience in treasury and cash management;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in using Oracle accounting system is an advantage;
• Team player, proactive and good communication skills;
• Meticulous attitude and with care; and
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
