Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial management of the company and for directing all the financial functions of the business
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review
• Review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Comply with legal requirements, enforce internal control and Group compliance requirements
• Provide and support feasibility study on new business and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CPA/ACCA or at equivalent
• At least 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting preferred with minimum 5 years’ in managerial capacity
• Previous working experience in retail/ food industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, legal and tax systems
• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Excellent business acumen with good analytical skills
• Excellent communication and effective people management skills is also essential
