Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- To oversee full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the clients and maintain an excellent service level in office admin;
- To handle incorporation and deregistration of companies, preparing of minutes, resolutions, annual return, announcement, etc;
- To update and maintaining statutory filings and corporate records;
- to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and listing rules requirements;
- To oversee the Business Centre’s operation.
Requirements: -
- Tertiary education in relevant disciplines with Associate Member of ICSA/HKICPA or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years solid company secretarial experience, preferably gained from company secretarial industry or equivalent;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Window with CSA;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detailed-mind and a strong sense of responsibility with a “Can Do” attitude;
- Able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
