Responsibilities:-

• Preform daily accounting routine function
• Handle daily invoicing duties, be responsible for data entry, filing and documentation
• Provide office administration support
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects & assignments as required

Requirement:-

• From 5 with LCC Higher Level or above
• 2-3 years accounting experience & office administration
• Knowledge in handle full set accounts
• Familiar with QuickBooks will be an advantage but not a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and word
• Good command in speaking & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Pleasant, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, initiative and helpful
• Immediate availability preferred
