Reporting to Head of Regulatory & Central Compliance, the incumbent will work with a professional team of 4 employees in HK Branch along with over 15 AML and Investment Compliance Team Members.  As part of the regulatory & business compliance function to-

• Ensure daily business activities and services are in compliance with regulatory and internal governance by partnering with senior management, internal/external auditors and headquarters and working closely with internal stakeholders across FTB levels and offices
• Continuous review of regulatory compliance framework and serve as the key liaison point of HK Policy Desk
• Tackle enquiries related to regulatory audit, investigation issues as well as SFC S 181-182
• Take charge/continuous monitoring of core compliance functions including CPT training; licensing registration and staff dealing etc.
• Provide periodic regulatory reporting in relation to compliance status to senior management as well as keeping abreast of latest regulations policies

Requirements:

• Well qualified graduate
• Minimum 4 years of relevant regulatory, central and business compliance experience gained from private banks, wealth management or ideally HKMA/SFC licensed corporations
• Proactive, solution-oriented and with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to details
• Proven project management skills with ability to communicate compliance  requirements to business and varied functional representatives effectively (especially in a matrix organization)
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills in fluent written and spoken command of English and Chinese
