A sizable property developer with land and real estate investment in China and Macau has an urgent opening to look for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Finance Manager /Senior Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate accounting functions, including monthly management reporting, annual budgeting, cash flow forecast, treasury planning and rebilling;
• Responsible for coordination and staff training of PRC real estate projects so that high-quality financial service support can be provided effectively;
• Ensure speedy response to the management, partners and interdepartmental collaboration in financial matters as required;
• Maintain high sensitivity to the Macro-economic situation, especially in exchange rates, interest rates, real estate and financial related regulation and policy,
• Provide analysis on same industry & partners, to participate and coordinate various financial support in the acquisition of land and real estate;
• Understand the feasibility of the real estate projects and provide analysis to ensure smooth transition in the early stage and execution of the projects;
• Liaise with new real estate joint venture partners to set up reporting systems and timetables in order to meet real estate investment fund and internal reporting deadlines;
• Assist in setting up financial management and operation of capital of real estate cooperation model to ensure effective implementation; review and continue to provide optimized suggestions for cooperation and investment decisions.

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics with CPA/CFA holder is a plus;
• At least 6 years’ financial management experience in PRC real estate projects, 2 years’ experience in business negotiation is a plus 3 years’ experience in auditing plus 3 years’ commercial experience will also be considered;
• With business insight, result-oriented and good communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST, with real estate related ERP implementation experience is a plus.
