Job Description
Responsibilities:
Grasp the essence and core concept of the business model and strategy related to the Sales/Market intelligence/Operations/Logistics/Finance:
- Act as a business partner to review financial statementsand conduct financial planning & analysis and provide insightful recommendation to support decision making
- Compiling and analyzing long-term financial strategies
- Financial modelling to project monitoring and planning
- Evaluate upcoming CAPEX and perform financial analysis to evaluate projects, acquisitions, business development and performance
- Perform variance analysis and monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts
- Prepare and consolidate management reports, analyze financial trends and plans
- Financial analysis support to Finance Director and Country Director as required
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant educations
- Qualified Accountant with HKICPA /ACCA or equivalent certification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analyst role, with experience in retail sectors
- Solid understanding on the operations in the areas of retail industry
- Good command of both written and spoken of both languages
- Excellent communication skill
- Attention to details
