Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance team of Hong Kong and Macau to deliver the best results
  
• Also oversee Finance Processes of various entities in Asia
• Take overall control of the company's accounting function and to optimise the company's financial performance and strategic position.
• Drive superior decision making while taking risk management into consideration
• Organize the implementation of monthly budgeting analysis, assist in the completion of regular business performance follow-up, taxation, financial investigation, internal audit, regulatory reporting, mergers and acquisitions and banking license applications
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and statutory requirements
• Organize and improve the financial internal control system and financial management systems
• Implement and enforce finance policies and procedures, tight controls and reporting system

Requirement:

• Degree in the relevant discipline
• Experience in in the Retail industry is a must
• Minimum 8 years of experience in working for MNCs
• Good understanding of HK accounting rules and regulations; and familiar with operations in finance, taxation and audit
• Excellent Communication skills and command of both languages is a must
