Job Description
Main Responsibilities:-
- Lead & facilitate all financial planning and business analysis to support portfolio management
- Drive, deliver and monitor annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting process, analysis and reporting
- Lead & manage finance function for exports business units
- Identify key risks and opportunities of companies and make relevant recommendations
- Provide proper financials and analytical support for all business growth initiatives
- Track business performance via internal/external benchmarking analysis to create improvement opportunities
- Facilitate variance analysis between actual and budget of financial statements and initiate recommendation for ongoing business improvement
- Prepare business plan and strategic initiatives
- Prepare valuation and modeling of M&A and various business development projects
- Support various business process improvement projects;
- Monitor cost control, pricing analysis and drive strategic pricing actions
- Implement business intelligence project and deliver business report for performance monitoring
- Prepare ad hoc management reports & business analysis to support business projects
- To be a ‘best in class’ business analysis function via BPI, automation, system implementation and members upgrade
Requirements:-
- Relevant Degree holder or above, member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
- 8 years or above accounting experience with at least 3 years relating to financial planning and business analysis; management experience preferred
- Knowledge in SAP system, FLEX accounting, FION & FIONQX
- Proficiency in using MS Office and presentation skills
- Strong business analysis technical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- PRC manufactory environment experience preferred
- Good project management and database development skills
- Willing to travel to South China frequently
