Job Description
The Job
- Handle Accounts payable and general accounting duties
- HAndle full set of books independently
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting as well as account reconciliation on a daily or weekly basis
- Prepare debit note and voucher
- Prepare Bank Transactions
- support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Type: Part-Time
Location: Sheung Wan
Salary: 60 HKD/hour
Working Schedule: 5 days per week
The Person
- Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- years working experience in accounting
- Good Computer Skills (Peachtree, Excel, Word)
- Detail Minded, numerical sense with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written & verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
