The successful candidate will be responsible for credit control by following up delinquent accounts, monitoring irregularities, enforcing payments by taking legal action against delinquent tenants, preparing monthly reports, supervising billings of rental and handling tenants’ enquiries etc. 

Applicants should be a Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline with at least 3 years’ solid credit control experience preferably in billing and rental collection. Good analytical and negotiation skills as well as good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese are required. Legal knowledge on delinquent accounts related to landlord and tenants will be an added advantage.  Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Accounts Receivable Officer.
