This position is responsible for all costing related issues of the department.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide general support to Commercial Team
• Check the vendor invoice and supporting documents against the quotation
• Prepare monthly declaration report and claim back refund
• Verify any error or discrepancies after cost posting
• Prepare cost analysis report no timely manner
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Diploma level or above in Business Management/Accounting, with LCCI intermediate certificate is an added advantage
• 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in logistics industry
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to compile and analyze data
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Work location: Tsing Yi
