Role and Responsibilities 

• Manage daily funding arrangement and monitor treasury activities including arrangement for bridge financing and the execution of foreign exchange and interest rate hedging
• Review the daily cash flow forecast to ensure adequate liquidity
• Liaise with bankers and build positive long term partnership/ relationship
• Explore new financing channels and ensure sufficient fund for business and manufacturing operations
• Monitor and advise top management on financial risks related to the interest rates and foreign exchange positions
• Perform financial analyses and provide advice on investments, treasury operations, mergers & acquisitions, cash management, listing rules and company secretary services as and when required
• Develop internal controls over the treasury function, set up treasury policies and guidelines

Qualifications and Required Attributes 

• A recognized university degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA or ACCA with some working experience in electronics manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting and tax systems
• Conversant with bank financing, capital markets, interest rate management and FX hedging
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
• A professional leader with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
