The client is privately held Swiss conglomerate with growing presences in APAC. With their expansion in Asia, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager – APAC / Regional Finance Manager (open to Big 4) - new setup in Asia to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for month-end closing, consolidation, statutory reporting and monthly/quarterly/annual variance reporting for all its entities and subsidiaries.
• Act as a business partner to the team to implement improved processes to increase company's efficiency.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis activities
• Assist in the analysis of key financial indicators and operation performance
• Assist in conducting budget and financial forecasts
• Assist in formulating accounting policies and procedures
• Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Big 4 accounting firm; in-house Commercial experience is a plus.
• Qualified CPA
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Start-up experience is a plus; work independently
• Willing to travel
