Responsibilities  

• Act as primary finance contact to work with OEM customers and their contracted manufacturers
• Fully responsible for Accounts Receivable and credit control functions
• Monitor and closely follow up outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
• Perform account reconciliations with customer and resolve customer disputes
• Manage credit insurance policy and credit assessment
• Handle and confirm invoice and credit note from vendor, including ship & debit arrangement
• Work closely with Material Management team to timely and accurately maintain inventory costing
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis for businesses
• Serve as finance business partner and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new customer enrollment and support business decision
• Perform ad-hoc assignments or assist in special project as required

 Requirements

• University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance
• Over 7 years of relevant working experience.  MNC experience preferred.
• Prior experience in managing OEM customers a plus
• IT distribution industry experience a plus
• HKICPA or equivalent qualification highly preferred
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP and BW experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Good command in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of US GAAP
