Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Financial Controller;
• Supervise a team of accounting staff on daily operations & reporting;
• Review and monitor accounting standards / internal control system to ensure compliance of corporate policies and statutory requirements;
• Prepare monthly group financial and management reports, provide detailed analysis and make recommendations to the top management;
• Control cash-flow, AR, AP, fixed assets, payroll and cost accounting functions;
• Take leading role in developing and implementing financial systems for financial and management reporting;
• Assist in budgetary control and analyse variances, and ad hoc assignments.
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or related discipline plus full membership of the HKICPA or equivalent;
• At least twelve years of relevant experience gained in both auditing and commercial environment with manufacturing exposure preferred;
• Good command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Good interpersonal, analytical and supervisory skills;
• Strong computer skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with accounting software SAP B1 is preferred;
• Self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
