The Job

• Manage accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review for the hotels and F&B outlets
• Keep close communication with external business partners on credit collection
• Liaise closely with internal departments to actively monitor accounts receivable and credit card entries, and to ensure all invoices are issued in accurate, timely and efficient manner
• Prepare AR aging monthly report and monitor collection
• Involve in month end closing entries for account receivables
• Assist in development of credit policy and credit control system, involve in continual improvement in the process on the credit and accounts receivable

The Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent discipline
• 5 years and/or above of experience in hotel industry, with Opera/POS system knowledge is preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
• Assertive, responsible, high level of initiative and integrity and willing to change
