Responsibilities:

• Prepare debit/credit notes
• Handle vouchers, accounts receivables & payables
• Support daily accounting duty, data entry, documentation & report
• Assist Finance team for month end closing;
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate will full cert. / DSE or above
• Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline would be a definite advantage
• Relevant working experience preferable
• Sound knowledge in PC applications, strong excel skills, experience in Flex Accounting system and POS system are particularly preferable
• Mature, self-motivated, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Immediate available is highly preferred
