Responsibility: 

• Support the implementation and evaluation of relevant systems, processes and procedures to enhance costing performance and realize time-to-market advantages, product quality and cost efficiency
• Help define Costing KPI's and set up reporting mechanism to ensure SMV competitiveness measure using systematic costing and benchmarking methods
• Obtain and Analyze open costing sheets from vendors and pro-actively seek ways to reduce cost
• Track and monitor all costing frameworks, standards and processes. Ensure that all of them are consistently applied throughout the global costing organization and supply base
• Be a Business Partner with major stakeholders to drive growth and expedite fixed overhead leverage through the tracking of new projects and insourcing progress status
• Implement and standardize costing methodology across regional sites
• Conduct and analyze across multiple production sites to facilitate local manufacturing decision making
• Review monthly operation variance

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in business or Finance disciplines. Obtaining Master's degree will be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in costing, ideally with apparel companies
• Strong analytical, systematic approach to data handling and interpretation
• Strong presentation, communication and MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
• Strong ability to drive initiatives and work independently
• Understanding of apparel sourcing and manufacturing processes advantageous
• A strategic thinker and a good team player, with the ability to engage and motivate people of different levels, functions and cultures
• Mature, independent, enthusiastic, disciplined and possess very strong self-motivation
• Positive and can-do attitude. Ability to work under high work pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Traveling to PRC is required
