Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting functions and maintain proper accounting records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and accounting analysis
- Handle staff reimbursement and MPF
- Provide administrative support to the team and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting and administrative work, less experience or fresh graduate candidate could be considered as Assistant Officer
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-oriented, analytical mind
- Work with minimal guidance & direction from manager
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
