KPMG China CIO Advisory is part of our core advisory services, which help clients to transform their IT functions into business enablers in the digital age. We are looking for experienced IT management consultants with expertise in IT strategy, governance and transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Lead Information Technology consulting projects in the following areas:
    - IT / Digital strategy planning
    - IT benchmarking 
    - IT efficiency and effectiveness assessment 
    - IT governance review 
    - IT organisational design 
    - IT target operating model design and implementation 
    - Technology portfolio management / application strategy 
- Develop nation-wide marketing strategies with partners and develop business relationships with senior client executives 
- Work with key account teams and lead client conversations over KPMG CIO Advisory offerings
- Work with partners in business planning and proposal developments based on specific client requirements
- Plan and allocate staff resources to fulfil business requirements
- Set objectives with the team, providing support and coaching to junior staff

Experience and knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus 
- CISA/CISM/ITIL/PMP/TOGAF -certified
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading large-scale IT transformation projects, IT strategy development or IT governance review
- Sound knowledge of large enterprise technology architecture, service delivery and IT operating model
- Understanding of leading practices, performance drivers and typical issues across a broad set of IT capability, management and performance topics
- Proven experience in business development, product development and practice management
- Solid project management skills
- Experience in the consulting industry is preferred
- Knowledge in common cloud platforms and solutions is a plus 
- Experience in designing / implementing business solutions with the use of AI, and robotics will be an advantage  
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (preferred)
