Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Financial Controller and assists in budgeting and forecasting;
• Responsible for daily accounting operation of AP, AR, Cheque Payment as well as retail receipts, monitoring and controlling the accuracy of the POS system and integration with ERP;
• Process China Retail payment and produce China Company Management Account;
• Prepares monthly schedules, management reporting and financial analysis;
• Liaises with external audit and participate in other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in accounting or equivalent; student member of ACCA/HKICPA;
• Minimum 5-7 years accounting experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience within a retail organization preferable in garment industry;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available is preferable.
