Job Description
On-the-job training will be provided to the high calibre candidates
(1) Assistant Accountant (Upto 20K)
Duties:
- Report to Finance and admin Manager
- Handle full set of accounts
- Supervise subordinate
- Prepare monthly Financial and management reports and Budget & Forecast analysis
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of exp. in handling full set of accounts
- With minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Accounts System will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
- Stable working record will be a plus
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- Flexible in accepting assignments, a good team player
(2) Administrative Assistant ($12-15K)
Duties:
- Report to the Director
- Handle general admin. duties
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
- Flexible in accepting assignments, a good team player
- Immediate availability is preferred
